Welcome to Niaro's Shipping Policy. We’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience to match the quality of our luxury golf apparel.

1. Processing Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: If you’ve ordered a custom or personalized item, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for processing.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12 p.m. EST)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

3. International Shipping

Niaro offers international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. Niaro is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Please check with your local customs office for more information on possible fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to check the delivery status of your order. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at inquiries@niarocollective.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take pride in carefully packing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at inquiries@niarocollective.com. We’ll work with you and our shipping provider to resolve the issue.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we’ll notify you and give the option to reship the item (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
